The restaurant is located near Jean Mace, open all week for both lunch and dinner. They are not active on social media. It's not a direct competitor.

Its open for lunches and half of week also for dinners. Joe´s is active on Facebook, Instagram and highly rewieved on Tripadvisor. Prices are similar and they dont delivery.

Lyon is the Gastronomical capital of the world, and has a wide variety of customer base. But our major focus group consists of people in the age group of 18-55 which contributes to about 58% of the population of Lyon. The average household income of our target group is around $40,000 and also there is an increase in disposable income of 10% from 2010. The purchasing power parity is also on a decreasing trend. Since around 69% of people working in Lyon are having a white collar job, they could afford our product offering. Also 46% of people are non-family household. 43% are never married. 11% of consumption is on Food and alcohol.

Being alone and not feeling like cooking on your own. Try The New World Smoke for a great barbeque. It’s Easy, quick and it´s Good!

Couples

The restaurant could be an ideal option for younger and older couples with a love for barbeque. Another option in the future could be create a combo pack for two people.

Hanging out with a group of friends at our restaurant or eating at home catching a game or a movie, our original Barbeque will be the best bet to having a great dinner experience with friends.

Families are not a major area of focus at present, but has a lot of potential. Addition of special meals for kids in the future could add values to the customer base consisting of families with dependent children.
